Top tier law firm is hiring a Talent Development Coordinator. As the Talent Development Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the HR office. You will manage the administration of firm policies, procedures, and programs. You will also carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

About the job:

• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
• Manage the development and maintenance of the Human Resources sections of both the Internet, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information
• Assist with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs
• Manage the recruitment process for exempt and nonexempt employees and interns using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
• Assist with the development of and monitors the spending of the corporate training budget

About you:

• Experience in the administration Human Resources programs
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent. Masters degree preferred
• Three to five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
